The road and trail ahead has many miles, more than I've ever run before, but I'm here and I'm able so I will go with long strides and a gaze set on the horizon. This is my training schedule.

This program is designed by Hal Higdon, I've used his schedules before, none of which were this hard. Today I did my 7 miles on a route that I've only ever driven. It was full of hills and wound through the back roads of Watauga. Tomorrow's a 3 mile day, I'm not sure where I'll be running, but I will be running if you'd like to join me.
